CoreWeave is hiring for an Engineer on the Fleet Monitoring & Analysis team. You will build and operate metrics, alerts, and visualizations that support automated provisioning and lifecycle management of our global hardware fleet.

You’ll work with Fleet Engineering and Ops to turn telemetry into automation, improving reliability and operational efficiency while collaborating with observability platform teams. Proficiency in Linux, Python/Go, and Prometheus-based stacks is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a software or infrastructure engineering role in industry.
• Experience with automation and orchestration workflows, and familiarity with server hardware, components, and strategies for managing physical infrastructure at scale.
• Experience implementing metrics collection and alerting on standard monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus/Victoria Metrics, AlertManager, Grafana, or similar observability stacks).
• Proficiency working in Linux-based environments and using at least one scripting or programming language (such as Python, Go, or similar) to build tooling and automation.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement large-scale server observability solutions that improve stability and reliability of CoreWeave’s global hardware fleet.
• Adapt, extend, and implement open-source monitoring and alerting tooling to deepen visibility into fleet and environmental health.
• Generate and maintain reports, alarms, and visualizations used by Fleet Engineering and FROps to understand and plan for fleet growth.
• Create and evolve test plans, deployment automation, dashboards, alerts, and insights around fleet operations, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with teammates across FMA to improve monitoring and automation of CoreWeave’s infrastructure.
