Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support, operate, and maintain its extensive GPU fleet across data centers in the U.S., Europe, and beyond. You will work with customers, data center techs, and engineering teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of the infrastructure.

You will diagnose issues, develop automation, and create internal docs while participating in on-call rotations and collaborating with engineering to improve hardware reliability and system

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting in data centers.
• Experience with Linux in production environments.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPUs and HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for customers using bare-metal GPU fleets.
• Diagnose, triage and investigate issues; escalate when needed.
• Develop understanding of customer workloads to tailor support.
