Job summary

CoreWeave is an AI infrastructure cloud provider seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure reliability of bare-metal GPU infrastructure across data centers and CoreWeave Cloud customers.

You will diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Data Center Technicians to resolve high-priority incidents. This role emphasizes automation, scripting, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, or HPC environments.
• Proficiency with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) CLI.
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and common server platforms.
• Hands-on firmware, BIOS, and driver management.
• Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting tools.
• Scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for bare-metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud.
• Diagnose and triage customer issues and incidents, identifying root causes.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Data Center Technicians.
• Analyze logs and debug firmware, drivers, and hardware layers.
• Implement automation to streamline support workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production clusters.
• Collaborate with engineering and networking teams to improve reliability.
