Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Project / Transition Manager to lead the Horizon platform rollout and serve as the primary point of contact for all key stakeholders. You will ensure the project plan, activities, and milestones are scheduled and delivered on time and within budget, while driving cost efficiency and establishing a scalable new business service line for JLL.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in project management with at least 3 years post-degree experience, and hold recognized PM

Qualifications

• Degree in project management with 3+ years post-degree experience in consulting or contracting
• Professional qualification in Project Management (Prince2, MSP, or equivalent)
• Experience in Financial Services sector
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with client staff
• Strong PC literacy and ability to manage daily activities in various systems
• Budget management and financial analysis skills
• Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project is desirable

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management including planning, governance, scope and resource management
• Manage project setup, RAID, status reporting, and financials to deliver outcomes on time and budget
• Coordinate with stakeholders, ensure documentation and next actions are tracked
• Communicate project information clearly to stakeholders and teams
• Support transition processes for internal and external clients
• Identify risks and notify relevant parties and propose mitigations
• Organize meetings and logistics; support service delivery leads and operations
• Manage ProLease for EMEA onboarding and global transitions, including license and timesheet management
• Develop KPI reports and conduct trainings for transition teams
