Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is hiring a Project / Transition Manager to lead the deployment of the Horizon platform. You will coordinate workstreams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery across stakeholders.

The role requires a project management degree with at least 3 years post-degree experience, Prince2/MSP qualifications, and strong communication skills. On-site position with opportunities to shape a new business service line within JLL.

Qualifications

• Ideal Experience Degree in project management, with a minimum of 3 years post degree working experience in either a consulting or contracting organisation.
• Professional Qualification of recognized body in Project Management discipline: Prince 2, MSP, other Project Management Qualification.
• Has experience working in the Financial Services.
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
• Budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Experienced in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft project desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Horizon platform and serve as Project Lead for key stakeholders.
• Manage project plan, governance, RAID, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and document all actions.
• Produce project updates, reports, and dashboards for leadership.
• Organise meetings and support service delivery teams and transitions.
