Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital evolution across the organization. You will own the global transformation roadmap, lead cross-functional project teams, and partner with IT and business units to implement AI-powered tools, analytics platforms, and automation solutions.

Based in Warsaw, you will manage multi-region initiatives, monitor KPIs, and mentor a team of transformation professionals to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience managing complex technology-focused projects in global or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with collaboration and PM tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, prioritisation, and delivery of the global digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end management of regional and global digital transformation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage timelines, and establish roadmaps.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
• Partner with technical experts to implement AI-powered tools, data analytics, and automation.
• Bridge between developers and end-users to ensure smooth rollouts.
