Job summary

UNOX S.p.A. in Szczecin, Poland, is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Sales Team. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and focus on identifying and managing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Your role includes overseeing the entire sales process, conducting ICE sessions with prospective customers, training dealers and partners, and coordinating support. Travel up to 50% is required to maintain a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in Ho.Re.Ca sector or sales role is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to maintain a strong market presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to building long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate and conduct ICE sessions with prospective customers.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, and other Unox partners.
• Participate in HoReCa industry trade fairs.
• Manage and coordinate technical support as needed.
• Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the CRM system.
