Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Krakow is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our P2P team on a 6-month temporary contract. The role focuses on supporting Israel-market internal clients, ensuring smooth purchasing processes and timely PO releases.

The position is hybrid (1 day in the office per week) with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Hebrew and English fluency are required for daily communication.
• University degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Nice to have SAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal Israel clients and identify issues.
• Perform accuracy and compliance checks on Purchase Requisitions.
• Ensure PRs are complete before converting to Purchase Orders.
• Release purchase orders within agreed timelines.
• Track PRs not converted to POs on time and report status.
• Lead catch-up meetings and prepare status reports for internal customers.
• Resolve PO approval-related matters in a timely manner.
• Act as primary contact for transactional queries and document SOP updates.
