Job summary

Asteria Search is seeking a Sales Manager in Poland for the heat pump division. The role focuses on selling heat pumps across residential, commercial, and industrial segments, while developing a network of B2B partners and managing contracts.

You will coordinate with Technical Support, Marketing and Sales, ensuring smooth operations and strong partner performance across the region. Fluency in Polish and English, plus a valid B license, are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience selling B2B heat pumps.
• Proven strategic planning experience.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good time management.
• Knowledge of PV and HVAC systems.
• Partial knowledge of marketing.
• Ability to sell a new brand.
• Polish (C1) and English (B2).
• Driver's license (B).

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for selling heat pumps in the assigned region and identifying opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth business operations and manage leads.
• Communicate with colleagues across divisions to achieve company goals and expand partnerships.
• Develop cooperation with installers and business partners; provide basic technical support and training.
