Job summary

HarZa Group is hiring a Head of Web Production to redesign and own the operating system that turns marketing ideas into live digital experiences. You will reduce handoffs, tighten requirements, and implement AI-enabled page builders and reusable components to speed up delivery.

You will lead a remote-first production team, set standards for quality control, and build capacity planning to align marketing goals with available tech resources.

Qualifications

• Experience improving web production workflows and reducing cycle times.
• Ability to design standardized briefs and a Definition of Ready for pages and funnels.
• Proven track record using AI/tools to automate repetitive production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Redesign the production workflow from marketing request to live page, including QA and bottleneck removal.
• Define ready criteria, track dependencies, and establish production lanes for different work types.
• Implement AI-first production concepts and measure impact on time, cost, and quality.
