Job summary

Zeely AI is building one of the largest AI-powered creative production systems. We seek a Marketing (Growth) Operations Manager to own marketing processes, automations, and the martech function, driving efficiency and output via AI and automation.

You will scale creative production by optimizing workflows, coordinating with engineers, and delivering scalable, no-code solutions across marketing teams. Hybrid or remote work options offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Creative Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience coordinating work with software engineers.
• Strong ability to write requirements and structure processes.
• Systems-thinking mindset and strong ownership.
• Proactive attitude and passion for optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for marketing automation and AI initiatives.
• Coordinate the work of the martech team and drive solutions from idea to launch.
• Write product requirements, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities.
• Optimize workflows, Jira processes, and reduce manual work.
• Launch and implement AI, automation, and no-code solutions for marketing and creative production teams.
• Research emerging martech and AI tools and assess their business impact.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and process improvements.
