Job summary

HarZa Group is seeking a senior direct response copywriter to own post-click funnels across health-focused offers. Lead research, hypothesis-driven writing, and iterative testing to improve conversion and revenue.

You will work closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment, building scalable systems and mentoring other writers. You will manage end-to-end funnel copy, from advertorials to checkouts, while measuring performance and driving learning through

Qualifications

• Substantial professional experience in direct response copywriting for real offers with meaningful traffic.
• Portfolio showing both long-form and short-form funnel copy and experience with cold traffic.
• Proven revenue or conversion improvements from copy and tests.
• Experience writing complete funnels (advertorials, sales pages, quizzes, checkouts, post-purchase offers).
• Experience in health, wellness or another claims-sensitive category with belief-building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own post-click funnel strategy and conversion copy from advert to checkout.
• Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to ensure message continuity across assets.
• Research customers, craft hypotheses, and test copy to improve funnel performance.
• Develop and maintain a learning system with AI-assisted research and copy processes.
• Lead and train additional writers as the function scales.
