Job summary

SE Ranking is hiring a Website Lead to own all web properties and drive the roadmap, performance, and reliability across global sites. You will lead the in-house web team, manage multilingual versions, and partner with marketing, design, and SEO to translate strategy into the website.

You will build AI-powered processes to speed up workflows and accelerate release cycles, while ensuring a fast, accessible, and conversion-focused product experience for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on high-traffic marketing websites, with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with HTML/CSS; ability to read code and troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript.
• Delivery experience: sprint planning, release processes, and contractor/agency coordination.
• Strong WordPress knowledge: multisite systems, CMS architecture, integrations, performance & workflows.
• AI in daily workflow: using Claude/ChatGPT and related automation tools in practice.
• CRO and testing: run tests, analyse results, and implement wins.
• Analytics: solid tracking/attribution/reporting in GA4/GTM/Amplitude.
• Web fundamentals: UX/UI, SEO, accessibility, mobile optimization, security.
• Commercial thinking: linking websites to demand, trials, leads, revenue.
• Clear async communication across distributed teams; English at least upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Own our web properties end to end: roadmap, quality, WordPress multisite setup, integrations, performance, accessibility.
• Manage multiple websites and language versions; ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Lead the in-house web team: set priorities, plan sprints, review progress, manage capacity.
• Oversee external partners: contractors, agencies, budgets, timelines, stakeholder priorities.
• Ship fast and reliably: create release processes; coordinate what is shipped with marketing.
• Automate with AI: identify AI-driven improvements for workflows.
• Drive CRO across sites: analyse user behavior, run A/B tests, implement wins.
• Translate business/brand/marketing strategy into website structure, journeys and tech requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, SEO, PR and country teams.
