Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering for Sales & Marketing Tools in Poland.

You will lead the platform engineering effort behind MonieCRM, a critical system serving millions of users, and modernise a high-velocity, financially sensitive stack. You should bring 10–15 years in software engineering with strong Java/Spring Boot batch and real-time capabilities, and extensive experience managing managers across large teams, in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years hands-on production experience writing and shipping Java code.
• At least 5 years experience managing managers leading an engineering organisation.
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale with distributed systems.
• Navigated legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale.
• Strong backend engineering skills in high-throughput data-intensive distributed systems; Java and Spring Boot.
• Managed and developed large engineering teams of 20+ members.
• Fintech or payments background preferred; CRM/SalesTech experience is a plus but not required.
• Exposure to customer engagement or marketing automation platforms such as Braze is a plus.
• Based in Poland with full legal right to work there.
