Job summary

Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards in Poland to own the platform end to end. You will inherit a small team and build the organisation to deliver a full rewards and personalization platform for both business and consumer customers.

This role focuses on frontend and mobile depth, heavy experimentation, and scalable architecture. You will partner with Product, Growth and Sales to define a roadmap and drive engagement across geographies with high-quality engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
• Proven track record in experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong collaboration with commercial stakeholders.
• Fintech or payments experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
• Improve the performance, reliability and depth of the cashback product as an immediate first priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention and personalisation platform for business and consumer customers.
• Build the engineering organisation from its current base—structuring product units and hiring managers.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture: A/B testing and cohort analysis to learn quickly.
