Job summary

Moniepoint Group in Poland seeks a Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools to lead the engineering organisation for MonieCRM and the marketing tech stack. Drive modernization, scalability, and reliability for a revenue-critical platform used by tens of thousands of sales teams.

The role requires 10–15 years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership, deep backend expertise in Java/Spring Boot, and a proven track record in distributed systems at scale. Fintech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing managers.
• Proven platform engineering experience at scale.
• Experience navigating legacy migrations/re-architecture at 20M+ user scale.
• Strong backend engineering skills in high-throughput distributed systems (Java & Spring Boot).
• Managed and developed large engineering teams of 20+ members.
• Fintech or payments background preferred; CRM/SalesTech not required.
