Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of proven engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years building production systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams within your product area.
• Translate business requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals and milestones.
• Guide design decisions and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Ensure monitoring, observability, and post-release metrics are tracked.
