Moniepoint Inc. in Poland is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams. You will translate requirements into EPICs, lead backlog refinement, and plan sprints to achieve milestones with strong technical leadership.

You will mentor engineers, enforce high standards, participate in code reviews, and ensure robust observability and metrics-driven improvements. This role offers a strategic Poland hub opportunity with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven engineering leadership experience with production systems and teams.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot; familiar with CI/CD and observability.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams within your product area.
• Translate business requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Lead backlog refinement with Product, UX, and Engineers to ensure clarity and prioritization.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals and milestones.
• Maintain high technical standards, review designs, and contribute code where needed.
• Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and observability for owned services.
• Define and track post-release metrics with Product Managers for continuous improvement.
• Influence architecture decisions and mentor engineers to raise velocity and quality.
