Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering, Rewards in Poland to lead a consumer-facing platform at scale.

You will own the technical roadmap for the cashback and rewards ecosystem, drive frontend and mobile excellence, and build an autonomous engineering organisation capable of delivering across multiple geographies. The role requires hands-on leadership, deep experience with experimentation, and a track record of shipping consumer-facing products.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale.
• Genuine front-end and mobile depth.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and growth engineering.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience overall.
• Comfort with Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards platform end-to-end.
• Improve performance, reliability and depth of the cashback product as priority.
• Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention and personalisation platform.
• Build the engineering organisation, structure units, hire engineers and managers.
• Establish a strong experimentation culture with A/B testing and metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing on objectives and initiatives.
• Own the customer-facing experience across mobile and web.
• Define architecture standards, processes and quality metrics; own domain health.
• Scale the platform to multiple geographies as Moniepoint expands.
• Partner with Product to define rewards metrics and OKRs.
