Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in Poland seeks a senior engineering leader to own the Rewards platform end to end. You will guide direct-to-consumer product engineering, focusing on frontend and mobile experiences, experimentation, and growth tooling to drive engagement and retention.

You will build and scale the engineering organization, shape the product roadmap with Product, and drive acquisition and loyalty initiatives across a 23 million user base.

Qualifications

• Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile and web experiences.
• Hands-on in experimentation and growth engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Rewards platform.
• Improve cashback product performance as a priority and extend to broader rewards.
• Build the engineering organisation, hiring managers and engineers.
• Establish an experimentation culture with A/B testing and metrics.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing on initiatives.
• Own customer-facing experience of rewards on mobile and web.
• Define architecture standards and metrics for platform health.
• Scale the platform across multiple geographies.
• Partner with Product to define rewards metrics and OKRs.
