Eleken is a UI/UX design agency specializing in SaaS products. We are seeking a senior marketing leader to own the direction of the marketing function, scale lead generation, and tie your work to revenue. You will manage a small team, set priorities, and drive funnel improvements with analytics.

Work remotely with flexible hours and collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape strategy and growth. Strong analytical mindset and SEO/content marketing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall marketing experience.
• Experience leading a marketing team and setting direction.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions.
• Research-driven, analytical mindset exploring context.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and open-ended problems.
• Background in B2B services or enterprise marketing is a plus.
• English reading/writing proficiency; no critical speaking requirement.
• Experience with SEO/content marketing as a primary channel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing team and set its direction and priorities.
• Own the volume and conversion of leads into contracts, focusing on SEO/content.
• Turn open-ended problems into concrete, measurable outcomes.
• Research market, clients, competitors, and product to inform decisions.
• Test and roll out new lead generation channels (paid ads, webinars, ABM).
• Bring in a technical specialist or business analyst when needed.
• Report directly to the CEO on results and progress.
