We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to build a scalable analytics system and drive data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams. This role requires deep expertise in growth analytics, unit economics, and performance measurement, with remote-first

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing analytics in a growth-focused environment.
• Proven track record building scalable analytics systems for performance-driven teams.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a marketing analytics system enabling data-driven decisions across the company.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate performance of marketing channels, campaigns, and investments.
• Analyze KPIs, funnels, LTV, CAC, ROAS, and other business indicators.
• Build and improve attribution models to understand marketing impact and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reporting for Marketing, Growth, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Identify growth opportunities through deep analysis of user behavior and data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering to improve processes.
• Promote a data-driven culture within marketing and growth teams.
