ENGIE Zielona Energia seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy, driving growth in renewable energy solutions while delivering sustainable business results. You will shape pricing, GTM, and stakeholder engagement across a hybrid work model in Katowice/Warsaw, with international travel.

The role requires 10+ years in sales/marketing leadership, strong energy market knowledge, and exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Experience in energy or sustainability sectors is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1) required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing and sales strategy.
• Lead the commercial organization and manage sales performance and budgets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments.
• Identify new business opportunities, products, and GTM strategies.
• Drive development and commercialization of energy solutions and PPAs.
• Strengthen ENGIE’s brand positioning through marketing and communications.
• Develop sales channels and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and P&L; define pricing strategies.
