ENGIE Zielona Energia in Katowice/Warsaw hybrid is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the development and execution of our commercial strategy, driving growth in renewable energy solutions and PPAs. You will oversee sales, marketing, budgets, and pricing while shaping ENGIE's energy-transition agenda.

The role requires senior leadership, deep energy sector knowledge, and a track record in launching new products with global alignment. Travel and cross-border collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of energy sector, renewables.
• Experience delivering commercial, sales and marketing strategies.
• Budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Experience launching new products/services.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with results focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Lead the commercial organization and manage sales performance and budgets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments.
• Identify new business opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive development and commercialization of energy solutions and PPAs.
• Strengthen ENGIE’s brand through marketing and communications.
• Develop sales channels and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
• Define pricing strategies and monitor performance.
• Build relationships with key customers, partners, regulators.
• Represent ENGIE externally as a trusted energy-transition partner.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
