Job summary

TikTok is seeking a strategic Head of Client Solutions to drive revenue growth and client value across EUI. You will lead cross-functional teams, embed best practices, and align client strategies with business priorities to deliver measurable impact.

You will partner with Sales and Product, mentor a high-performing team, and focus on scalable, repeatable processes that elevate product adoption and client success in the region.

Responsibilities

• Core KPIs: Revenue growth, vertical product adoption, client engagement and cross-team consistency.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and elevating client engagements.
• Provide strategic guidance on leveraging ad solutions to drive vertical adoption.
• Lead pilots and programs to create vertical growth opportunities and scalable success.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams to align efforts with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and other teams to embed client-centric practices.
• Gather market insights to inform execution strategies and recommendations.
• Mentor the team to uplift client engagement and product adoption.
