Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of TikTok Shop based in Poland to lead strategy and operations for major brands across the DACH region. This fully remote role focuses on growing social commerce, optimizing campaigns, and translating business objectives into measurable results.

You will work closely with founders, apply data-driven insights and advanced creative training to elevate content performance, and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social media or social commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems and audience behaviour.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into actions.
• Strategic thinking with ability to define and refine growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with founders.
• Proactive, ambitious and delivery-focused mindset for a growth-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop strategy and operations across DACH.
