Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (Commerce) for Central Europe, based in Warsaw. You will analyze campaign performance, build client relationships, and collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize advertising offerings.

You will lead cross-functional campaigns, manage timelines, provide product expertise, and ensure assets are delivered on time while growing spend and product adoption across clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and/or ad tech products.
• Experience managing brand advertisers with understanding of full funnel objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with a start-up mindset.
• Experience working across multiple markets (preferred).
• Deep understanding of digital landscape and social media.

Responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven insights and improve advertising offerings.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long-term client relationships with the sales team.
• Manage custom programs or sponsorships and lead content campaigns to ensure timely delivery.
• Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities.
• Increase spend and product adoption across client portfolios.
• Educate clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to grow partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative ad solutions that drive measurable results.
• Coordinate with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues during campaigns.
• Ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate and report on campaign performance and optimization.
• Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to grow business and manage key client relationships.
