TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) in Warsaw is recruiting a Client Solutions Manager (Apps) for Central Europe on a fixed-term contract. You will manage post-sale client relationships, drive revenue, and lead campaigns that deliver measurable results for advertisers across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in campaign management, mobile marketing experience, and strong analytics. Base pay starts at PLN 11,632 per month, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of campaign management experience.
• Mobile marketing with familiarity of KPIs.
• Experience in account management or client services in digital marketing or ad tech.
• Experience with auction-based ad networks.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data-driven insights.
• Background in performance advertising and scaling challenges.
• Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry; experience with mobile apps is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to pitch and upsell effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of growing account revenue and managing product testing roadmaps.
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks and attribution models.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers
• Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
• Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations with clients post initial sale
• Spearhead client education on products and product updates to advise on the best approach to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
• Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results
• Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
• Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions
