Qualifications

• Experience delivering client service excellence to senior marketing decision-makers.
• 5–7 years media sales/advertising experience across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to drive operational consistency and execution at scale.
• Ability to analyse data and extract actionable campaign insights.
• Strong program/project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven leadership with 2+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and product adoption across assigned verticals.
• Lead best-practice adoption and standardized processes across markets.
• Provide strategic guidance on leveraging TikTok ad solutions for clients.
• Manage cross-functional programs and pilots to scale initiatives.
• Advise clients and internal teams on engagement workflows to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and other teams for seamless delivery.
• Gather market insights to inform strategies and leadership recommendations.
• Mentor the team to improve client engagement and product adoption.
