TikTok Poland is seeking a Client Solution Manager (CSM) for a fixed-term maternity cover within the CE Gaming team. You will manage post-sale client relationships, advise on TikTok advertising products, and drive revenue through upsells and experimentation.

You will collaborate with Brand Partnership Managers and division leaders, using data analytics to craft consultative solutions for advertisers and agencies. A strong focus on customer service and proactive problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of campaign management experience.
• Background in mobile marketing and relevant KPIs.
• Experience in digital marketing or ad tech and client services.
• Familiarity with auction-based ad networks.
• Strong data analysis to drive insights.
• Experience solving technical problems with product/engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue for advertisers.
• Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes.
• Grow revenue, educate and lead upsell conversations post initial sale.
• Educate clients on products and updates to drive business outcomes.
• Outline and oversee measurement strategies for tracking results.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve performance.
• Demonstrate expertise and handle escalations to resolve issues.
• Consult and coach clients to achieve greater results on TikTok.
