Job summary

TikTok Poland is seeking a senior government relations professional to lead public policy engagement across Poland and the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, represent TikTok in industry associations, and monitor regulatory developments shaping the digital policy landscape.

You'll develop positions, coordinate with legal, communications and product teams, and provide strategic guidance on regulatory risk and reputational considerations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in government relations or public policy with knowledge of AI/privacy/regulatory topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to represent TikTok's policy positions.
• Lead engagement with industry associations and coalitions across Poland and CEE.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting TikTok in the region.
• Prepare briefing papers and position papers for regulatory processes.
• Coordinate with legal, policy, and communications teams to manage risk and messaging.
• Represent TikTok at policy forums and events, enhancing industry standing.
• Advise internal teams on regulatory risk and policy developments.
• Support crisis and issues management as needed.
