Veralto, in collaboration with Esko, is building Agentic AI as a shared platform to empower product teams to create reliable AI-powered workflows. This hands-on engineering leadership role combines line management with substantial technical contribution to guide a growing Agentic AI platform.

You will define the platform direction, own substantial technical areas, and work with product engineering, architecture, cloud, security, and design to deliver scalable, secure, and adoptable AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, ML, Data Science or AI.
• Experience leading engineers including line management and coaching.
• Experience building platform/API/shared services used by multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team with clear goals and performance feedback.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and operation of large areas of the shared platform.
• Shape architecture, interfaces, and quality bar for platform capabilities.
• Translate product needs into reusable platform capabilities with proper abstractions.
• Establish engineering practices for reliability, security, observability, and performance.
• Support adoption of the shared platform across product teams.
