Job summary

Veralto's Esko AI team seeks a Product Manager for AI Services to own the lifecycle of a shared foundation of AI capabilities used by internal teams. You will coach cross-functional stakeholders, document clear requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned with AI transformation goals.

You will drive adoption, support acceptance testing, and shape the strategic vision for AI initiatives through collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Software Product Management role, preferably with ownership of a platform, API or shared-services product used across multiple internal teams.
• Strong background in backlog ownership, roadmap creation and communication, and writing clear requirements for engineering to build and test.
• Experience liaising in a large, global organization with multiple cross-functional teams and aligning competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI Services – a shared collection of common AI capabilities used by Esko product and engineering teams.
• Gather needs from cross-functional product teams and turn them into clear, well-scoped requirements for AI engineering teams.
• Act as a bridge between AI and other cross-functional teams to ensure success in building AI-powered capabilities that deliver customer value.
• Define and maintain adoption / success metrics and use them to re-prioritize the backlog and identify risks and focus areas.
