Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, is looking for a leadersh​ip-driven Manager Agentic AI in Prague. You will guide the Agentic AI engineering team, shape platform strategy, and own substantial technical areas end-to-end.

You will collaborate across product, architecture, cloud, security, and design to deliver production-ready AI capabilities that scale for multiple teams worldwide. You will drive adoption, establish strong engineering practices, and ensure measurable impact on productivity and platform

Qualifications

• Strong production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java.
• Experience leading and developing engineers, including line management and coaching.
• Experience building a platform or shared service used by multiple teams with sound abstractions and ownership.
• Experience designing or building production AI systems with LLMs, tools, or agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to take uncertain or early-stage ideas through evaluation, implementation, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team with clear goals and career development.
• Contribute to design, implementation, and operation of Esko's Agentic AI platform areas.
• Shape platform direction, architecture, interfaces, and engineering quality across the community.
• Translate needs into reusable platform capabilities while accommodating domain differences.
• Establish engineering practices for reliability, security, observability, and performance.
• Support adoption of the shared platform by domain teams and productionize capabilities.
