Job summary

Veralto's Esko AI team seeks a Product Manager for AI Services to own the lifecycle of a shared AI capability foundation used by multiple internal teams. You will coach stakeholders, translate needs into actionable requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog and adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Own and manage the AI Services backlog and roadmap across Esko AI teams.
• Translate cross-functional needs into clear, testable requirements for engineering.
• Balance platform-level needs with individual team priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI Services – a shared collection of common AI capabilities leveraged by Esko product and engineering teams.
• Proactively gather needs from cross-functional product teams and turn them into clear, well-scoped requirements for the Esko AI engineering teams.
• Act as a bridge between Esko AI and other cross-functional teams to ensure success in building AI-powered capabilities that deliver customer value.
• Help other teams bootstrap their AI initiatives on top of the shared capabilities; clarify existing assets and how to start.
• Weigh competing requests against long-term strategy, documenting risks and trade-offs.
• Define and maintain adoption and success metrics for shared capabilities; re-prioritize backlog accordingly.
• Communicate roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs across engineering, product, and leadership.
