Job summary

Esko in Prague (Hybrid) leads the Agentic AI platform, directing engineering teams to build reliable AI-powered workflows for packaging intelligence. You will own substantial technical areas end-to-end, working with product and architecture to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

You will collaborate with product, cloud, security and design teams to translate shared needs into reusable platform features while maintaining alignment with Esko's broader AI strategy and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven production software eng experience in Python, TS, Java or similar languages.
• Experience leading engineers, with line management and coaching responsibilities.
• Experience building a platform or shared service used by multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team with clear goals and career development.
• Contribute to design, implementation and operation of Esko's shared Agentic AI platform.
• Shape platform direction, architecture, interfaces and quality bar.
