Job summary

People Can Fly Studio is seeking a hands-on People Operations & Payroll Manager to act as the operational backbone of our People function. You will own payroll delivery, onboarding, contracts and HR systems across multiple countries while driving process improvements and automation.

You will stay close to the work, own deliverables and work with senior stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely support for employees in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in HR Operations, People Operations, payroll or a closely related role.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience running or coordinating monthly payroll.
• Experience managing employee administration across the employment lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of contracts, onboarding, employee changes, benefits and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple countries with Finance and external providers.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, changes and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
• Produce payroll, headcount and People Operations reports.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and IT to ensure smooth processes.
