Job summary

Arrive, a leading global mobility platform, is seeking a Head of Payroll & Payroll Transformation to own end-to-end payroll operations and drive the global transformation across Europe, the USA and APAC. You will lead strategy, governance, and the roadmap while partnering with Finance, IT and People teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global or multi-country payroll.
• Proven experience across Europe, USA and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end payroll operations across Arrive’s global population.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and People Ops to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Define payroll governance, KPIs and controls; establish SLAs with vendors.
• Oversee integration with HRIS/payroll tech (Workday, CloudPay) and data flows.
