Job summary

Techstep group in Gdańsk is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing international marketing team. This full-time role is based in Gdańsk and targets professionals with 1–2 years of experience who want to shape campaigns and content for world-leading brands.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and partners to create campaigns, assets, and events that raise awareness and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/Communications or related field
• Proficient with print and digital materials
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing materials for digital and print channels
• Design marketing assets such as roll-ups, banners, presentations, and event materials
• Support campaign execution across multiple channels
• Develop engaging content for website, email, social media, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on commercial initiatives
• Coordinate with colleagues across Norway, Poland, and Sweden
• Explore and implement new tools and AI-driven marketing approaches
• Support events, partner activities, and brand awareness initiatives
