WorkBetterNow is seeking a Go-to-Market Assistant to power outbound growth. You will build prospect lists in Clay, keep our CRM clean, load well-targeted lists into email sequencing tools — then hand warm, qualified prospects to the sales team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience required.
• C1–C2 English proficiency required for written and spoken communication.
• Go-to-market mindset and understanding of outbound pipelines."
• Reliable and proactive with strong data discipline.
• Experience with CRM data handling and segmentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build target lists in Clay, source/enrich/validate prospect data for clean ICP lists.
• Own prospecting research, verify emails, and maintain data quality.
