Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven individual to join our sales outreach team. You will identify high-potential leads, turn contacts into qualified pipeline, and learn the industry inside out.

You’ll follow the data, work in a fast-moving, autonomous environment, and communicate in English as a core requirement. Location options include Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or fully remote, with generous opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles, with attention to details.

• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential leads using research and AI tools, then contact them at high volume.

• Learn the industry inside and out to understand incentives, decision-makers, and points of leverage.
• Follow the data and metrics to gauge impact and pinpoint high-value actions.
