Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to architect and run our media engine, turning complex technical narratives into scalable growth across platforms including LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.

You will own the content-to-pipeline system, partner with leadership to craft thought leadership, manage paid experiments with a focus on measurable pipeline impact, and direct multimedia assets with external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, performance, or content marketing for technical B2B SaaS or infra products.
• Translate complex infra concepts into compelling narratives for DevOps leaders and engineers.
• Strong opinions on how to win on LinkedIn and other targeted channels.
• Data-driven ROI measurement and willingness to pivot based on results.
• Experience integrating AI tools to automate distribution and copy generation.
• Ability to guide agencies or freelancers to produce high-quality video assets.

Responsibilities

• System Ownership: design and operate the content-to-pipeline engine for LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Strategic Distribution: optimize distribution to reach key stakeholders at the right times.
• Paid Experimentation: manage LinkedIn campaigns with rigorous experimentation and ROI focus.
• Executive & Employee Advocacy: partner with leadership to translate expertise into thought leadership.
• Multimedia Direction: lead video content strategy with external partners for reusable assets.
• Data-Driven Attribution: build reporting that links social activity and paid spend to traffic and revenue.
