vCluster Labs is seeking a Head of Customer Engineering to bridge technical innovation with customer success. You will own the technical strategy for the full customer lifecycle, guiding pre-sales POV and post-sales TAM, and leading a global team across Fortune 500 and startup accounts.

You will drive technical wins, adoption, and expansion while providing feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. Remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Deep Kubernetes expertise with container orchestration and cloud-native infra.
• Experience leading solution engineers and TAM teams.
• Proven track record in POV, customer adoption, and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Global technical leadership of Solutions Engineers and TAMs.
• Oversee POV process and define success criteria and timelines.
• Lead post-sales technical relationships and guide implementations.
• Serve as the technical voice to influence product roadmaps.
• Act as primary escalation point for key accounts and engage senior customers.
