Job summary

Scale-X Solutions is seeking a self-driven Digital Marketer to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. The role covers paid/organic ads, email campaigns, and content coordination, with campaigns managed across Meta, Google, and email platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in digital marketing, strong English communication, and experience with Canva/Adobe.

Qualifications

2–3+ years in digital marketing or social media management.
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ad Manager.
Experience with email automation tools.
Proficient with Canva and Adobe design tools.
Strong written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads (paid and organic).
Identify target NDIS and aged care communities online and plan outreach.
Create, schedule, and publish social content with the design team.
Manage and segment email databases using HubSpot and Mailchimp.
Set up and execute email marketing campaigns for segmented lists.
Monitor ad spend and analyze CTR, conversions, ROI; adjust strategy.
Collaborate on marketing calendar, themes, and campaigns.
Utilize AI tools to speed up creative outputs and maintain brand consistency.
Assist founder with administrative tasks as needed.
