Job summary

Upside in Kraków is seeking a Growth Engineer to design and run a systematic commercial engine. You will own pipeline generation end-to-end, from ICP mapping to outreach, and ensure content lands with CIOs.

You’ll collaborate with the CGO, using AI-native tools to scale and maintain high-quality, decision-focused content, while operating across European markets in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience driving pipeline with a demand-gen mindset.
• Ability to design and implement editorial AI-driven content.
• Strong systems thinking to connect awareness, interest and pipeline.
• Proficiency with AI tools to scale outreach and content.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity across markets.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
