Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Kubernetes tooling, combining open-source innovation with a growing commercial product. You will work with engineers, designers, and GTM teams to shape the roadmap and deliver a best-in-class experience for both OSS users and paying customers.

You will champion usability, documentation, and onboarding while balancing rapid delivery with thoughtful feature trade-offs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and related open-source tooling.
• Proven ability to own a product lifecycle end-to-end.
• Strong user-centric approach to product design and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end from ideas to release sign-off.
• Engage with users, engineers, and support to gather use cases.
• Balance open-source and paid features to drive OSS traction and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to publish release notes and docs.
• Move quickly, make trade-offs, and communicate direction clearly.
