Job summary

Surfshark seeks a growth-focused paid acquisition specialist to own and optimise paid search and other channels. You will plan, launch, and scale campaigns across markets, hitting CPA and ROAS targets while turning data into smarter decisions.

Join a cross-functional team of creatives, analysts, and product peers to test relentlessly, report clearly, and stay ahead of platform shifts. Hybrid work with some in-office days and strong English required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid search campaigns.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using GA, Looker, Tableau, Excel or Sheets.
• Experience running large-scale, global campaigns.
• Read data, draw conclusions, and act on them with clarity.
• Strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with other teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid search and other acquisition channels with performance focus.
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across markets to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
• Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages and refine for quality traffic.
• Analyze campaign data to find growth opportunities and reduce waste.
• Monitor budgets, trends and bidding to maximize ROI.
• Create reports that explain what happened, why, and next steps.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to lift performance.
• Stay ahead of paid media shifts and bring fresh experiments.
