Jobgether SRL in Poland is seeking a PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms. You will own planning, execution, measurement, and budgeting to drive qualified traffic and leads while improving ROAS.

You will collaborate with performance marketers, content teams, analytics, and web developers to align paid media with broader marketing goals. A data-driven approach, testing, and CRO will help lift conversions and campaign

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing/Business/Communications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media campaign management.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication and ad-copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Campaign strategy and planning: define objectives, KPIs, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Campaign setup and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Ad creation and testing with various variations and extensions.
• Performance monitoring and optimization using CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conversion rate optimization through landing page and messaging improvements.
• Tracking and analytics setup with UTM, pixels, GA, and tag management.
• Reporting and insights: weekly to quarterly performance and recommendations.
• Budget management and forecasting based on historical data.
