Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Specialist to own Google Ads execution for brand and non-brand campaigns, with Meta in the mix. You will build campaign structures from scratch and drive daily optimization.

This remote role offers unmatched autonomy, AI-first workflows, relocation and visa support to our Dubai office, and a clear growth path to PPC Manager. You’ll join a global team delivering performance for a $1B+ brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads campaign experience.
• 2+ years Meta Ads experience.
• Experience with Search, Performance Max, Shopping campaigns.
• Proven ability to design Google Ads structures from scratch.
• Experience managing USD 500k/month spend.
• Strong data analysis using Google Analytics and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing principles.
• Experience using AI tools for research and execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Build campaign structures across brand & non-brand, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Conduct daily keyword research, search-term reviews, and negative keywords.
• Analyze performance data and justify optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with remote team and obtain approvals before changes.
