You will collaborate with analytics, product, and creative teams to lift performance and deliver high-quality traffic. The role offers hybrid work with some remote days and a competitive Polish market salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid search acquisition campaigns.
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting with GA/Looker/Tableau/Excel/Sheets.
• Proven experience running large-scale global campaigns.
• Sharp analytical thinking and ability to draw actionable insights.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with other departments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid search and other acquisition channels with performance-driven focus.
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across markets while hitting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve quality traffic.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and inefficiencies.
• Monitor budgets, trends, and bidding to maximize ROI.
• Translate results into clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to lift performance.
• Stay ahead of paid media shifts and bring fresh experiments.
